Replacing an old desktop but unsure what to buy next?
Are you looking to replace an old desktop PC but are unsure on what you should look for in a new one?
Firstly, you need to decide on the type of system that you are looking for, for example do you need a compact PC, a budget system, a mainstream all-purpose model, or a high performing machine?
You will also need to determine what is your current PC mostly used for? Is it for watching TV, downloading Films, web browsing, checking emails? You should also look at how much usage your current PC has as this will help you determine the specification of the new machine.
The desktop PC is not spoken about as often but some people may argue that ‘boring is best’ as they are the most reliable compared to the latest more complex machines. Traditional desktops may not be as popular as laptops or tablets, but are more cost effective and easier to upgrade.
So, what are you looking for in your new desktop PC?
